Segments are a powerful tool in Chaskiq which enables a fine grain filtering for message dispatch. First, let's see the segment section on Chaskiq admin panel.

You can create unlimited segement in order to organize your contacts list. You can filter by Type, (Users or visitors) and by many attributes, so you can chain queries like: Visitors from Jamaica that have registered with plan pro.

You will found this segment editor on Campaigns, Routing Bots and App's Settings.

Provide custom attributes

Custom attributes can be provided only for registered users, Chaskiq integration has to carry the data on the user properties hash on the script. The hash has to be JWE format.
